As Operations Manager, you will work closely with senior management and Heads of Department, providing support in all aspects of operational management across the resort. From supporting the day to day operations of the resort, you’ll also be integral in developing strategies to inspire the team to deliver customer service excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on inspiration and motivation
- Demonstratable experience in F&B management and/or front-of-house operations.
- Ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and service excellence
- Commitment to achieving organisational objectives and enhancing brand reputation.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- A natural leader with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Good working knowledge of HR and staff engagement would be an advantage
