- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the hotel.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and management practices is preferred.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous but not required.
