And you can play your part too - join our dedicated Brand, Marketing & Corporate Affairs team as our Mortgages Marketing Manager.How you'll make a differenceYou'll deliver our mortgage marketing strategy by driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention for our products across B2B and D2C channels. Collaborating with the wider Brand, Marketing and Digital teams, you'll plan, implement and track effective campaigns that align with commercial goals, enhance product visibility, and drive growth. You'll truly be contributing to our purpose of putting home ownership in reach of more people by developing engaging campaigns, primarily directed at mortgage intermediaries and brokers.What will you bring to the role?
  • Experience of B2B marketing in a highly regulated environment (intermediary/broker channel experience would be advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience in driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies, with a proven ability to meet KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess performance data, identify trends, and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders, including product, media, SEO, and creative teams.
  • Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (pardot) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and campaign results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
