- Lead the digital marketing strategy for their Shopify B2C store, focusing on sustainable growth and ROI.
- Manage and optimise the entire digital sales funnel-from acquisition to conversion and retention.
- Oversee and manage our external paid media agency, ensuring effective campaign performance across PPC, paid social, and display.
- Improve on-site performance through CRO initiatives, A/B testing, and UX enhancements.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow key channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and affiliates.
- Own performance reporting and deliver actionable insights to the wider team.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure consistent, high-converting messaging across all platforms.
- 5+ years in B2C e-commerce marketing, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven track record in scaling digital performance channels and driving measurable growth.
- Deep knowledge of Shopify, with hands-on experience in managing and optimising Shopify stores.
- Strong analytical skills-comfortable diving into data and making decisions based on insights.
- Experience in managing agency relationships, with the ability to challenge and support them to deliver results.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- A solid understanding of the full marketing mix, including email, SEO, affiliates, and social media.
