- Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor
- Strong classroom management skills
- QTS is desirable but not essential
- Reliable, adaptable, and committed to more than just occasional cover
- A genuine passion for supporting students and maintaining a positive learning environment
- A full-time, stable position starting in September
