
Credit Controller

- Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and client accounts.
- Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and proactively follow up.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute regular financial and credit reports to management.
- Evaluate and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
- Recommend strategies to minimise credit risk while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Support the accounting and finance team with additional administrative duties as required.
- Experience in credit control or a related field within accounting and finance.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- A competitive salary in the range of £25,000 to £27,000 per annum.
