- Reconcile and manage client accounts, ensuring payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Build and maintain excellent client and third-party relationships to resolve account queries effectively.
- Monitor outstanding balances and support the collection of overdue debt.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Essential: Previous experience in credit control.
- Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with financial or CRM systems is an advantage.
