This includes building an understanding of client specific people risks, strategic priorities and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Build and develop value led relationships with key client and internal stakeholders
  • Lead on the delivery of Aon’s Broking and Analytics propositions to both new and existing Aon clients
  • Deliver market insights and updates to our clients and prospects
  • Stay up-to-date with employee benefit trends in the industry, monitor market developments and use this knowledge do deliver further client value

  • Good Group Risk and Private Medical market experience
  • Extensive client facing experience
  • Successful track record of driving growth from new and existing clients
  • Building strong multi-layer relationships with clients and key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Working well as part of a client delivery team to deliver value to clients
