- Lead on the delivery of Aon’s Broking and Analytics propositions to both new and existing Aon clients
- Deliver market insights and updates to our clients and prospects
- Stay up-to-date with employee benefit trends in the industry, monitor market developments and use this knowledge do deliver further client value
- Good Group Risk and Private Medical market experience
- Extensive client facing experience
- Successful track record of driving growth from new and existing clients
- Building strong multi-layer relationships with clients and key stakeholders internally and externally
- Working well as part of a client delivery team to deliver value to clients
