THE ROLEWe're looking for a Total Rewards Lead who's curious, analytical, and not afraid to ask "why not?". You'll be the right arm of the Group Head of Total Rewards - helping us build smarter, fairer, more exciting ways to reward and recognize our people around the world.Not just salary reviews and bonus calculations. We want someone who gets the bigger picture: how compensation, benefits, mobility, payroll, and incentives all come together to create a great employee experience.You won't manage payroll or mobility teams - but you'll be expected to know enough to make smart calls, ask great questions, and help connect all the moving parts.If you love the idea of mixing structure with creativity, if you like working with data and people, and if you're ready to challenge old-school HR thinking, we want to meet you.
OPPORTUNITIES

SKILLS
- Around 6-8 years' experience across Compensation & Benefits, ideally with a mix of consulting (Big 4 or
- A strong foundation across compensation, benefits, international mobility concepts, payroll basics, and
- Serious analytical skills (Excel is your playground) and a love for turning complex data into simple, clear
- A curious mind, a proactive attitude, and a desire to make things better - not just manage what's
- Someone who communicates clearly and thinks creatively, not just ticking HR boxes.
- Someone who believes Total Rewards is about people first - not just policies and numbers.
- Care that Total Rewards is about people first.
- Commit to spotting connections between payroll, mobility, and rewards.
- Collaborate by jumping into special projects when needed.
- Challenge to make sure our Temenos compensation programs are sharp and competitive.
- Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
