- Manage and grow a portfolio of national accounts, delivering against agreed sales and profitability targets
- Negotiate P&L, Joint Business Plans and terms to maximise value for both the client and the business
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Work collaboratively with product development, marketing and supply chain teams to deliver successful product launches
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support range reviews and category growth
- Proven experience in national account management with UK retailers (grocery or general merchandise preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience managing P&L
- Knowledge of FOB and importing processes
- Proactive, results-oriented and highly organised
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
