- Lead and assure the technical quality of mooring and towing analysis outputs.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team of suitably qualified and experienced personnel (SQEP).
- Design and deliver targeted training to strengthen team capability.
- Provide expert input to projects and support strategic decision-making.
- Champion innovation and best practice in analysis methods and engineering tools.
- Effective leader and communicator with strong organisational skills.
- Proven track record in managing complex technical tasks and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Analytical, proactive, and committed to continuous professional growth.
- Skilled in dynamic modelling and analysis using Orcaflex or ANSYS AQWA.
- Proficient in engineering tools including ANSYS, Excel, MathCAD, MATLAB, Rhino, and AutoCAD/Inventor.
- Degree (BSc, BEng, MSc, or MEng) in Naval Architecture, Marine Technology, Ship Science, or a related STEM discipline.
