Job Type Full TimePublished 25-06-2025Salary 40k/year - 40k/yearHotel Manager- Derry/Londonderry, £40kWe’re on the lookout for a Hotel Manager to lead from the front at a well-loved hotel in Derry/Londonderry that's going through a really exciting new chapter under fresh ownership. It’s got a brilliant mix of character and potential, and we need someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get properly stuck in.This is not a sit-in-the-office kind of gig. We're talking front-of-house, behind the bar, talking to guests, jumping in with housekeeping if needed- the kind of role where you know your team by name and they know you've got their back.What you'll be doing:
  • Running the day-to-day- from breakfast service to check-outs.
  • Leading a warm, capable team across reception, rooms, F&B, and events.
  • Keeping standards sky-high across guest experience, cleanliness, and service delivery.
  • Working closely with owners to keep things moving forward- fresh ideas welcome.
  • Making sure bookings and functions run like clockwork.
  • Hands-on support with staffing, rotas, training, and stock- it’s very much an all-in operation.
What we’re looking for:
  • Someone with solid hotel management experience- ideally in an independent or boutique-style setting.
  • Big on people- you're approachable, calm under pressure, and naturally lead from the front.
  • Strong operational know-how, especially across F&B and front desk.
  • A real eye for quality and customer experience.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
