- New Business Development Identify, approach, and secure new partner agents and strategic accounts across the UK.
- Market Expansion Help grow Housr’s market footprint by developing new regional opportunities and partnerships.
- Reporting & CRM Keep accurate records of outreach, pipeline, and performance through the company CRM and regular reporting.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through a mix of outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry insight.
- Sales Strategy & Execution Work closely with leadership to define and execute a smart, scalable business development strategy.
- Relationship Building Start strong relationships from scratch — earning trust quickly and positioning Housr as a must-have partner.
- Collaboration & Handover Collaborate with the National Account Manager to ensure a smooth handover from new business wins to ongoing account management.

- Minimum of 2 years proven success in new business, sales, or commercial development roles
- Experience in property, PropTech, or fast-growth startup environments is a bonus
- Experience selling into property, lettings, or real estate sectors is a plus
- Travel: Regular UK travel required — you must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car

- First Stage - Exploratory screening call (30 mins)
- Second Stage - Video call with our VP Revenue (Oli) (30 mins)
- Third Stage - We’ll set you a take home task, requiring no more than 2hrs of your time. We’ll make it fun, we promise. We’d then like you to present your task to us F2F:
- Part 1 - A chance for you to walk through your take-home task and for us to ask questions (30 mins)
- Part 2 - Wider ranging questions about your experiences and motivations for working at Housr, approaches to certain scenarios, working style and what you’ll bring to this role (30 mins)
