
Business Development Manager

- Develop and convert new business opportunities, delivering 12 new contracts per year
- Meet KPIs, including submitting two proposals per week
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance) to craft winning proposals
- Lead the full bid process, from research and proposal writing to contract signing
- Work closely with the Commercial Lead to shape strategy and drive results
- Maintain and improve bid libraries and sales materials
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on deal progress
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in business development and contract management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience in fast-paced, agile environments
- Excellent communication, organisation, and strategic thinking skills
