This is a Part Time (0.4 WTE) Reception role providing front of house reception and administration support to the clinical services based at Sherborne House in Newton Abbot on Mondays and Tuesdays.Main duties of the jobTo provide effective reception provision and support to the operational teams at Sherborne House which may include retrieving and preparing patient records, filing and entering information onto computer systems in accordance with Trust policies.The post holder will be the first point of contact for clients to Sherborne House, this will include dealing with routine queries and providing information to patients and staff, either face to face or over the phone.The post holder will be responsible for distributing and re-directing mail and ensuring message are passed on to the appropriate person.Resolving appointment and booking issues, using judgement skills and analysis.Deliver day to day activities and plan straightforward tasks e.g. amendment to bookings.Uses initiative to deal with routine matters and refers more complex queries to senior member of staffAbout usAbout Devon Partnership TrustWe provide mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity services, as well as a range of specialist & secure services for the wider south west region & nationally.   • GCSE English or equivalent.
  • Evidence of continuing professional and personal development.

  • Intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Office Packages, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of a range of administrative procedures including diary management and arranging appointments.
