Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing tailored classroom support for children with behavioural needs
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils manage their behaviour and stay engaged in learning
  • Supporting teaching staff in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assisting with behaviour intervention strategies and promoting emotional regulation
  • Adapting to different school environments and supporting a range of educational and behavioural needs
Role Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with children, particularly those with challenging behaviour
  • Confident behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 TA qualification) - desirable but not essential
  • Experience with SEN or SEMH - highly beneficial
