You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support to Dutch speaking employees across the business, combining your knowledge of local employment legislation with a practical, hands-on approach to HR operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone confident in managing queries, streamlining processes, and guiding others, all while being part of a collaborative and service-driven environment. What You'll Be Doing: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from Dutch speaking team members across the regionResolve a variety of HR-related enquiries across payroll, policy, and case management, using multiple internal systemsProvide tailored advice to managers and employees in line with Dutch employment law and company policiesWork alongside colleagues to review service performance, spot trends, and suggest improvements to ways of workingCreate and maintain helpful internal resources, such as manager guides and intranet content What You'll Bring: Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)Confidence to give accurate, consistent advice on policies and workplace issuesStrong interpersonal skillsA proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance service deliveryIdeally, you'll hold a recognised HR qualification (such as CIPD) or equivalent experience What You'll Enjoy: When you join, you'll be part of a workplace that values collaboration, well-being, and personal development.
