
Senior HR Advisor - Dutch Speaking

- Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking colleagues, managing queries across payroll, policy, and HR cases.
- Provide practical advice to managers and employees in line with Dutch employment law and company policy.
- Support process improvements, deliver short training sessions, and coach colleagues to embed best practice.
- Maintain HR resources, create guides, and contribute to internal communications.
- Identify trends and opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law with hands-on HR experience.
- Experience in a high-volume HR or shared services environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ideally, a recognised HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent).
