Senior HR Advisor – Dutch SpeakingLocation: Watford, England (Hybrid, 2 days in the office)Contract: 12-Month Fixed-TermHours: Full-TimeLanguages: Fluent Dutch and EnglishEuro London Appointments is partnering with a leading international retail organisation to recruit a Senior HR Advisor (Dutch Speaking) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a confidential role, supporting Dutch-speaking employees while helping drive HR service excellence.What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking colleagues, managing queries across payroll, policy, and HR cases.
  • Provide practical advice to managers and employees in line with Dutch employment law and company policy.
  • Support process improvements, deliver short training sessions, and coach colleagues to embed best practice.
  • Maintain HR resources, create guides, and contribute to internal communications.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law with hands-on HR experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume HR or shared services environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ideally, a recognised HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent).
