
Dutch Speaking HR Advisor

- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from Dutch speaking team members across the region
- Resolve a variety of HR-related enquiries across payroll, policy, and case management, using multiple internal systems
- Provide tailored advice to managers and employees in line with Dutch employment law and company policies
- Work alongside colleagues to review service performance, spot trends, and suggest improvements to ways of working
- Create and maintain helpful internal resources, such as manager guides and intranet content
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
- Confidence to give accurate, consistent advice on policies and workplace issues
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance service delivery
- Ideally, you’ll hold a recognised HR qualification (such as CIPD) or equivalent experience
