
IT Support Analyst – London

- Provide technical support across a range of IT devices, including HP, Lenovo, and Apple hardware.
- Configure and troubleshoot firmware and BIOS settings as needed.
- Support and maintain Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 across all supported versions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Entity/Entra (Azure)
- Manage mobile devices using Mobile Iron and ensure secure access and functionality.
- Utilise enterprise tools such as Microsoft SCCM and BitLocker for system management and data protection.
- Deploy and maintain systems using Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft MDT technologies.
- LAN/WAN products and protocols
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve incidents and fulfil service requests.
- Actively participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to align on priorities and share updates.
- Promptly identify, escalate, and help mitigate any risks or issues impacting IT services.
