We’ve got just the role for you.We’re on the hunt for a Hospitality Chef to take the reins of a small but fast-paced kitchen in Bournemouth. This is your chance to craft high-quality dishes, lead a team, and shape menus that impress – all while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing all aspects of kitchen operations – from daily prep to menu planning
  • Producing a variety of fresh, exciting food – sandwiches, salads, buffets, and VIP plated lunches
  • Leading and mentoring junior chefs to maintain high standards
  • Carrying out stocktakes and maintaining food safety compliance
  • Collaborating with the wider team to enhance the food offer and guest experience
What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience in high-end dining and high-volume, fresh food production
  • Strong menu planning and organisational skills
  • Confidence in using kitchen-related ICT tools
  • Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • A team mindset with clear communication skills
