Regional Hospitality ManagerSalary: £56,500 (inclusive of car allowance), plus bonus40 Hours per weekWe are looking for a passionate and hands-on Regional Hospitality Manager to lead and inspire our catering teams across our care homes. Drawing on your pervious experience as a chef, you'll ensure every home delivers home cooked, nutritious, meals that reflect the individual tastes and preferences of our residents, while driving continual improvement in service, quality, and compliance.About the positionYou'll regularly visit the catering teams, ensuring all homes are visited at least once every four weeks. During these visits you will audit all aspects, from dining room experience and resident feedback, to standards and food safety. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with food safety legislation, allergen management, and IDDSI framework standards.You'll work with Home Managers and Head Chefs on budget planning, staffing levels, recruitment, induction and training for each of our locations.As we continually push the boundaries on improving the dining experiences at Colten Care, you will drive innovation by keeping up to date with new technologies and innovations. Collaborating with teams to create seasonal menus and special catering events throughout the year will form part of your routine.About youYou'll have strong leadership and team development skills, with proven experience in managing catering operations, within healthcare or hospitality settings. Your in-depth knowledge of nutrition, modified diets, allergens and food safety compliance will aid in your day-to-day work.With previous experience as a chef you'll be able to draw on your first hand knowledge, and apply this on a daily basis.You will have a City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 or NVQ 2 & 3, a Level 4 Food Hygiene Certificate, and a Level 4 Management Qualification.
