Join us as a Front of House Hospitality Assistant in Bournemouth and become part of a dynamic and dedicated food and beverage team.About the role:As a key member of our front-of-house team, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service and help create a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment for all guests and staff. You’ll work closely with the Hospitality Manager, the Hospitality Chef, and a talented group of chefs and managers to ensure smooth service every day.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing friendly, professional service across food and beverage outlets
  • Supporting hospitality and catering events
  • Ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of service areas
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to maintain a high standard of delivery
  • Taking initiative to manage time effectively during busy shifts
What we’re looking for:
  • Reliable, self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Experience in hospitality or retail is desirable, but not essential
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
