- Previous NHS experience in a similar role
- Communicating with senior clinicians
- Good written skills, i.e. spelling and grammar
- Good analytical and numeric skills
- In knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word; Excel; PowerPoint)
- Proficient keyboard skills
- Ability to effectively organise and prioritise own workload and ensure deadlines are met
- Excellent communication skills in a variety of formats, both verbal and written to interact and resolve queries
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
- Ability to show attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative

- Understanding of Information Governance and Confidentiality
- Knowledge and understanding of medical revalidation and appraisal
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent to include English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above or equivalent
- A recognised administrative qualification /or recognised significant experience of working in an administrative position to NVQ 3 level.
