- Promote strong performance, ensuring alignment and delivery of the objectives of the business.
- Capturing and analysing data discrepancies, resolving root cause and providing insight on difficulties within the process which require attention.
- Providing domain expertise on Network and Premise Inventory data and collaborating across multiple customer groups to deliver end-to-end data improvements.
- Process high volumes of sophisticated inventory data which may require additional validation and reconciliation due to historical inconsistencies.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant internal standards and regulatory standards, processes, and procedures, calling out risks if they arise.
- Providing meaningful updates, especially where data quality issues impact operational decisions.
- Previous experience in delivering volume processes.
- Strong verbal, written and numerical communication and influencing skills with the ability to lead and facilitate meaningful relationships.
- Ability to handle sophisticated data using various IT Systems.
- Has skills for using IT and a diverse range of transactional processing systems
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure.
- Understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Familiarity with legacy network technologies such as HFC and RFOG, and the challenges they present in inventory management and data cleansing.
