- Conduct comprehensive workplace assessments and progress reviews
- Monitor and record detailed apprentice progress throughout their programmes
- Guide apprentices through End Point Assessment preparation and requirements
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with employer partners
- Act as the key liaison between training provider, apprentices, and workplace supervisors
- Contribute to business development initiatives and employer engagement
- Keep current with industry standards, regulations, and Health & Safety requirements
- Coordinate development of knowledge, skills, and behaviours aligned with apprenticeship standards
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and accurate records
- Ensure compliance with awarding body requirements
This role offers agile working flexibility, including a blend of on-site duties, workplace visits across Cambridgeshire and neighbouring counties, and remote administrative work from home.What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements:
- Professional Qualification: Level 3 (or higher) in Domestic and Commercial Electrical Installation
- Industry Experience: Substantial, relevant experience in the electrical sector
- Teaching/Assessment Experience: Proven background in education or training delivery
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Apprenticeship Standards and EPA requirements
- Communication Skills: Professional communication and relationship-building abilities
- IT Proficiency: Confidence using digital systems and modern teaching technologies
- Mobility: Valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle insured for business use
- Personal Qualities: Flexibility, collaborative mindset, and passion for developing others
- Assessor and/or Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualification
- Experience with apprenticeship delivery and End Point Assessment processes
