Job DescriptionPosition: Assessor/Trainer - Electrical InstallationsJob Type: Full-timeJob Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and lead training sessions on electrical installations, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Assess and evaluate students' practical skills and knowledge in the context of electrical installations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students, fostering an environment conducive to learning and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations during training and assessments.
  • Demonstrate electrical installation techniques and best practices effectively to students.
  • Develop training materials and assessments that align with current industry trends and standards.
  • Collaborate with other professionals within the college to enhance the training program.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications in electrical installations or a related field.
  • Experience in instructional or training roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong grasp of occupational safety and legislative standards related to electrical installations.
Desired Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in a technical training or assessment role.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing feedback management and effective teaching practices.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary: £29,770 - £34,600 per annum, based on experience.
