Akari Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join their award-winning care home in Whitley Bay. This role offers the opportunity to make a real and positive difference in the lives of older people, working collaboratively with the Home Manager and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the home.Main duties of the jobAs the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of nursing and residential care, including open and individualised communication, supporting and maintaining budgetary and financial controls, and overseeing human resources.
