They are looking for a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to lead their nursing and residential home in Gateshead as the Home Manager.Main duties of the jobThe Home Manager will be responsible for creating a warm and inclusive environment that promotes dignity and independence for the residents. They will need to balance running a caring and empathetic service with achieving business results.
