- Accountable for meeting quarterly targets and having a clear and growing pipeline for residential and hospitality projects.
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities within the luxury residential interiors market.
- Develop strategic relationships with designers, specifiers, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
- Present Chase Erwin and thesign collections to new and existing clients, providing expert advice to ensure best-fit solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tender documents in line with client requirements.
- Effectively manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to securing orders, negotiating terms, and ensuring seamless handover to project and customer service colleagues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs, providing regular feedback to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Use CRM software to maintain client records, update sales pipelines, and provide accurate forecasting.
- Support the delivery of team sales targets and KPIs, always ensuring brand values and customer satisfaction remain at the forefront.
- Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and relevant trade shows to enhance brand presence and develop new leads.
- Provide the board with a monthly sales report.

- Demonstrated success in business development, field sales, or account management within high-end interiors, textiles, or luxury goods sectors.
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate credibly with a diverse client base, including senior stakeholders and creative professionals.
- Commercially astute with a proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and effective time management.
- Self-motivation and resilience, taking ownership of personal business objectives while working collaboratively within a results-driven team.
- Competent IT skills, including CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Committed to ongoing learning, with the enthusiasm to stay updated on the latest product and market trends.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend occasional events.
