  • Classroom Support: Assist the class Teacher with day-to-day activities, including preparing materials, setting up the classroom, and supervising small groups or individual students.
  • Student Learning: Provide direct support to students in literacy, numeracy, and other subjects, helping them to understand concepts and complete tasks.
  • Behavioral Management: Help maintain a calm and focused learning environment by supporting positive behavior strategies and offering guidance to students.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, such as keeping records, preparing displays, and organizing classroom resources.
  • Pastoral Care: Offer a listening ear and emotional support to students, promoting their well-being and helping to resolve minor issues.
What We're Looking For:
  • A genuine love for working with children and a passion for their education.
  • Previous experience in a primary school or similar educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and staff.
