Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pmWe're looking for a Buying Administrator to join a busy Head Office team in Brighton. This is a hands-on role supporting the buying and replenishment function, ensuring orders, stock and pricing data are accurate and up to date.Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and manage stock transfers efficiently
- Check data accuracy in orders, invoices, and product records
- Create and maintain product codes
- Assist with stock rationalisation and inter-branch movements
- Support and train junior admin staff
- Help the team with ad-hoc tasks to keep operations running smoothly
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a Buying Administration or similar role
- Strong Excel skills and numeracy
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and team-oriented approach
- Quick learner with the ability to use new systems effectively
