- Advise and partner with managers across all employee relations and generalist HR functions
- Maintain strict legal compliance and confidentiality when managing employee personal data.
- Advocate for and implement best practices aligned with Pearson VUE's objectives and organisational culture.
- Guide and support managers regarding grievance, disciplinary, and other employee-related matters to ensure cases progress in accordance with legislation, policy, and best practice.
- Oversee and, where appropriate, work in conjunction with the Pearson PeopleCare Team to ensure effective administrative support for both the HR function and wider business.
- Collaborate with the PeopleCare team to guarantee robust systems and processes are in place.
