They're looking for a strategic yet hands-on Head of Growth to accelerate their already impressive momentum.The OpportunityWe're seeking a Head of Growth to own and lead the complete growth marketing strategy for our rapidly-growing client. - Own and lead the full growth marketing strategy and execution across all Performance Marketing channels
- Build upon and scale the existing lead generation function that already delivers 8,000+ leads monthly
- Drive strategic planning while maintaining hands-on involvement in campaign execution
- Plan, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns, with particular focus on LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and also across Paid Search
- Work collaboratively with internal design team and external agency partners to optimise the complete funnel from paid ads through to conversion
- Continuously test and improve campaign performance across all channels
- Drive and scale referral and partner-driven acquisition programs
- Launch and optimise organic growth initiatives that complement paid efforts
- Develop innovative approaches to customer acquisition and retention
- Manage comprehensive reporting, attribution models, and analytics to track ROI and inform strategic decisions
- Use advanced analytics tools to identify opportunities and optimise performance across the entire funnel
- Maintain a data-driven approach to all growth initiatives
- Build and maintain strong functional relationships with Sales team to align growth efforts with lead generation and pipeline requirements
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure growth initiatives support broader business objectives
- Work closely with senior leadership to inform strategic direction
- 4-6+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of driving meaningful growth through Google, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and SEO
- Hands-on experience launching and scaling referral programs and organic growth initiatives
- Fast-paced environment expertise - comfortable working in startup or scale-up environments
- Data-driven mindset with comfort owning analytics and using tools like GA4, HubSpot, Mixpanel, and similar platforms
- Strong understanding of content marketing, funnel optimisation, and CRM systems (HubSpot experience particularly valuable)
- Performance marketing proficiency across multiple channels with ability to optimise at scale
- Attribution and analytics expertise to measure and improve ROI across all initiatives
- Strategic yet tactical - can develop high-level strategy while being willing to execute hands-on within campaigns
- Growth-focused mindset with natural curiosity about testing, optimisation, and scaling
- Collaborative approach with strong cross-functional communication skills
- Results-oriented with track record of achieving ambitious growth targets
