Temporary Maintenance Operative - Student Accommodation (Salford)Location: SalfordHours: 30 hourPay: £14 per hourAre you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things? We're looking for a Temporary Maintenance Operative to support our student accommodation site in Salford for a temporary assignment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the property
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure communal areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained
  • Assist with room inspections and minor refurbishments as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, and general repairs
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Friendly and approachable, with good communication skills
