Job Title: Grounds Maintenance OperativeJob reference: J89161Venn Group has been approached by a local contractor to recruit for a GMO on a temporary ongoing basis in SalfordAs the successful candidate you will have experience working a grounds maintenance or operative or similarThe duties will include:Pedestrian mowing and grass cutting across estates
  • Using strimmers and hedge cutters to maintain open spaces
  • Litter picking and general upkeep of green areas
  • Maintaining communal outdoor spaces around social housing properties
  • Working within a team to complete scheduled maintenance routes
  • Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
Essential Skills/Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 Year
  • Full UK Driving Licence
