- Lead site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Deliver operational objectives aligned with departmental strategy, applying LEAN and continuous improvement practices.
- Manage production, planning, stock control, and resource allocation to meet customer demand efficiently.
- Oversee site security, facilities, and maintenance, including contractor management and investment projects.
- Monitor KPIs and performance, implementing corrective actions and reporting progress to the Head of Operations.
- Develop and lead engaged, high-performing teams, ensuring training and capability building.
- Promote a positive SHE culture and maintain operational readiness for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Manage site-level budgets and resource allocation within agreed limits.
- Support and promote company values and a positive SHE culture.
- Ensure site operational records are maintained to meet audit and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership in operations within a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of process safety, regulatory compliance, and ISO 9001.
- Experience applying LEAN methodologies and delivering measurable performance improvements.
- Budget and cost-control capability, including oversight of investment projects.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
