- Supervise pre-planned lessons: You will deliver pre-prepared work to classes and ensure that students are engaged and on task.
- Manage classroom behavior: You will uphold the school's behavior policy, creating a respectful and productive atmosphere for all students.
- Provide student support: Respond to student questions and offer guidance to help them complete their assigned work.
- Maintain classroom order: You'll ensure the smooth running of the lesson, dealing with any immediate issues or emergencies according to school procedures.
- Communicate effectively: Provide clear and concise feedback to the absent teacher about the lesson and any issues that arose.
- Support school operations: When not needed for cover, you may be asked to assist with other duties such as invigilating exams or providing administrative support.
