Your support will make a real difference in their lives.Who will I support?We're looking for a positive, active and outgoing Support Worker to join our team, supporting two gentlemen who live in their own homes in Street. You'll be helping them make the most of each day - whether that's enjoying evenings out at the Strawberry Club, going swimming, hitting the gym, dancing at a disco, or getting creative with DIY projects. At home, you'll support with cooking, budgeting, and everyday tasks to help maintain independence and a happy home life.Driving would be advantageous, or being able to ride a bicycle would also be helpful as it's a longer walk between locations. We're looking to cover shifts from Wednesday to Sunday, usually starting in the evening to help with dinner, followed by a sleep-in, and then a 7-hour shift the next day.
