- Exposure to international arbitration or cross-border disputes.
- You will be engaging and influencing senior-level financial services clients, often in urgent or high-profile matters.
- You will be confident in stakeholder management, ensuring clarity, trust and strategic advice throughout disputes.
- You will be consultative and thorough in your approach, balancing litigation risk with commercial realities to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- You will play a key role in the growth of the Finance Disputes team, contributing to its reputation for excellence and supporting the development of junior colleagues.
