The role involves providing expert legal advice on complex real estate disputes while contributing to a collaborative and driven team in ManchesterThe Real Estate Disputes Associate/Senior/Managing Associate will be:Leading contested/uncontested lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, break notices and possession actionsAdvising high‑value clients including retailers and large‑scale landlordsSupporting Partners and Directors on complex, multi‑jurisdictional litigationDrafting pleadings, settlement terms, notices, and advising on strategic case decisionsBuilding strong client relationships through clear, commercial guidanceOpportunity to join top tier real estate disputes teamGreat quality salary and packageA successful Real Estate Disputes Associate/Senior Associate/Managing Associate should have:
  • A strong academic background with a qualification in law or equivalent.
