- Set and monitor targets and KPIs in line with project and business objectives, conducting periodic Safety & Environment tours as required.
- Lead incident investigations and risk reviews, continually updating the Project Risk Register and assessing improvement options.
- Oversee resource allocation, ensuring your team has the necessary skills and training to succeed.
- Drive quality and productivity by implementing systems for managing constructive works, auditing site processes, and optimizing resource programs.
- Manage sub-contractor performance, producing operational target programs aligned with the overall construction timeline.
- Strong communication skills for both verbal interactions and report writing, with proficiency in IT systems.
- Demonstrable leadership and team management experience, capable of working independently and making informed decisions under pressure.
- Proven track record in engineering control, safety management, and resource allocation.
- Experience in pavement reconstruction and surfacing operations is advantageous.
