
Commissions Administrator & Data Support

- Managing the full monthly commission process - from data collection and validation to calculation, approvals, and payment.
- Ensuring all commission calculations are accurate and compliant with plan rules.
- Responding to commission queries from commercial teams with clarity and professionalism
- Maintaining up-to-date commission plan documents and records.
- Producing and distributing clear, actionable sales performance reports and dashboarding
- Supporting ad-hoc data analysis requests for leadership and operational teams.
- Working with system administrators and data leads to improve data capture and reporting.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced and solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce an advantage) and, preferably, commission management platforms such as Qobra, Xactly, Varicent, CaptivateIQ
- Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Clear communicator, able to explain data and processes to non-technical colleagues.
- Experience in commissions, payroll, finance, or sales/revenue operations
