Location: Central London, N17We are seeking a Construction Manager with strong experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use developments to join a major project located in North London (N17). This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a landmark scheme for a well-established main contractor.The Role:You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project stakeholders, you’ll lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain tight control over programme and logistics on a complex high-rise build.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all site operations, ensuring health & safety and quality standards are metManage site teams and subcontractors effectivelyMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior managementCoordinate logistics and resolve on-site issues promptlyDrive programme and maintain project timelines and budget controlRequirements:Proven experience managing high-rise construction projects (ideally £30M+ value)Strong leadership and communication skillsSMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certificationsAbility to manage multiple work packages and interface with clients and consultantsExperience working with major developers or main contractors in the London marketPackage & Benefits:Competitive salary between £75,000 – £85,000 per annumExcellent progression opportunities within a reputable contractorTemp-to-perm arrangements will be considered for the right candidate
