My client is a unique, growing and innovative main contractor based in Central London. They specialise in the new build sector primarily consisting of commercial and residential projects.This company have an immediate requirement for a Pre-Construction Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the London construction market. This role also offers a genuine opportunity to progress to Senior Level as the company continues with its extensive growth. There is a competitive salary on offer and this role will suit someone with a stable track record with previous employers.Responsibilities:
  • Bid management
  • Experience in planning and will need to deal with pre-construction methodologies
  • PQQ completions
  • Assist with upcoming tenders, pre-construction documentation, and getting projects off the ground in Enabling Works stages etc.
  • Increase brand awareness and raise the company's profile in the UK based market-place
  • Responsible for bringing in new tender opportunities - existing and new clients
  • Responsible for client care / customer satisfaction and reviews
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent connections and contacts in the industry in London
