- Manage multiple patches and neighbourhoods, supported by Community Housing Assistants
- By being visible, engaging with customers, and proactive on our estates, you’ll help strengthen communities and improve neighbourhoods
- Tackle anti-social behaviour and respond to customer queries and complaints.
- Oversee the voids process, working closely with local authorities.
- Carry our estate inspections, meet contractors on site, and complete safety and compliance checks.
- Housing sector experience with knowledge of housing management, housing law and ideally universal credit
- CIH Level 3 or willingness to work towards it
- Organised, methodical, proactive and positive
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Resilient when handling challenges and complaints
- Confident working with external partners and stakeholders
- Hybrid role; in an average week, you’ll spend 3 days working from our community patches
- There be some flexibility to adapt your working hours (to discuss at interview)
- Mostly Monday-Friday, with occasional evening meetings, but you will be able to manage your own diary
- Although you’ll spend time in our neighbourhoods, we do get together regularly for team meetings
- Vehicle insured for business use required, but we pay for your mileage
- You’ll need a Standard DBS check done and we pay for that
