  • Be visible and proactive on estates, building strong relationships with out communities.
  • Manage multiple patches and neighbourhoods, supported by Community Housing Assistants
  • By being visible, engaging with customers, and proactive on our estates, you’ll help strengthen communities and improve neighbourhoods
  • Tackle anti-social behaviour and respond to customer queries and complaints.
  • Oversee the voids process, working closely with local authorities.
  • Carry our estate inspections, meet contractors on site, and complete safety and compliance checks.

  • Housing sector experience with knowledge of housing management, housing law and ideally universal credit
  • CIH Level 3 or willingness to work towards it
  • Organised, methodical, proactive and positive
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Resilient when handling challenges and complaints
  • Confident working with external partners and stakeholders
You will though, spend most of your time out in our local estates, all while still being part of a supportive team.Job details
  • Hybrid role; in an average week, you’ll spend 3 days working from our community patches
  • There be some flexibility to adapt your working hours (to discuss at interview)
  • Mostly Monday-Friday, with occasional evening meetings, but you will be able to manage your own diary
  • Although you’ll spend time in our neighbourhoods, we do get together regularly for team meetings
  • Vehicle insured for business use required, but we pay for your mileage
  • You’ll need a Standard DBS check done and we pay for that
