
Insolvency/Litigation Lawyer - 3+ PQE - Channel Islands

- Full-time
- 3-5 years' (or similar) post-qualification experience (PQE) with solid experience in restructuring and/or insolvency law. You do not need to have had exclusively insolvency experience and may have gained your experience in a broader litigation role.
- Admitted in a common law jurisdiction and with experience in London or leading regional/national law firms. Offshore experience is welcome, but is not needed.
- Strong academic credentials and technical legal skills.
- Experience dealing with both contentious and non-contentious restructuring issues is advantageous.
