The Head of Department is personally recognised in Chambers, the Legal 500 and even included in the Lawdragon 500 rankings of Global Plaintiff Lawyers.With the team expanding, there is excellent scope for ambitious junior lawyers to accelerate their career progression gaining exposure to high value matters to develop their expertise within this thriving sector.Working alongside a highly experienced team, you will have support and gain hands-on experience early, building a clear pathway.The Role:This is an opportunity for a Restructuring and Insolvency Associate NQ - 1 PQE, an excellent role for someone who is keen to join forward-thinking and rapidly expanding team with excellent mentorship and support.You will work closely with a specialist team across the spectrum of restructuring and insolvency matters, from drafting documents and correspondence to helping manage communications with clients, creditors and opposing solicitors.You'll assist in negotiations and support the team in preparing cases for court, including liaising with barristers on more complex disputes.As you develop, you'll take on greater responsibility in managing client relationships, supporting business development and guiding junior team members. You'll also be encouraged to build your technical expertise in insolvency given it is a fast-paced, high-profile area of practice.The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with senior colleagues, building relationships with an established client base and contribute to the success of the team.
