The school offers an interesting and relevant curriculum which aims to support students in the development of their independence and success beyond school.You will be working with a great team of staff who are all motivated to support students in all areas of their learning.The ideal candidate will:
  • Thrive in a challenging but rewarding environment
  • Have a Level 1 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
  • Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
  • Support students during practical activities and excursions.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other staff members and parents to support student progress.
  • Build positive relationships with young people.
  • Be able to commute to Luton in a timely fashion.
