Description:The governors are seeking to appoint an experienced and creative Level 1, Full Time, Teaching Assistant to to support in the classroom in particular with the SEND in KS1.
  • have had experience of working in a school setting, particularly in Key Stage 1
  • have experience of working with and supporting pupils with SEND
  • have outstanding behaviour management strategies
  • be able to work as part of a team
  • be flexible and able to use their own initiative
  • be energetic, enthusiastic and creative
  • have excellent communication skills
  • place great importance on, and has high expectations of standards and behaviour.
